Sales Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Account Manager to join our team at JD Laser, Inc. in the Metal Fabrication and Tube Laser industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and prospect new customers to generate business growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize market intelligence and territory knowledge to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide project enhancements
- Document call reports and provide feedback to management and sales personnel
- 3-5 years of Outside Sales experience in the Metals Industry
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to demonstrate a successful track record of year-over-year growth in sales
