About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will be the key player in new business development and client relationship management at Aztec Office. Your primary role will involve nurturing enduring client relationships and expanding your territory by introducing Aztec Office to prospective clients and securing their business. You will deliver value to clients by pinpointing enhancement opportunities within their existing technological frameworks and recommending Aztec solutions that enhance their operational efficiency. While you will serve as the main contact for clients in your territory, you will benefit from substantial support from Aztec sales management, solutions specialists, and our technology partners.

90-Day Success Expectations Include:

  • Clearly articulate Aztec's value proposition and explain key sales programs and product/service offerings
  • Gain an understanding of market dynamics, client needs, challenges, and objections in your territory
  • Complete manufacturer product training and achieve relevant certifications
  • Demonstrate proficiency in our deal paperwork tool and CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Exceed a weekly target of 100 outbound prospecting calls
  • Show progress toward sales and new client targets by reaching key ramp-up milestones

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in technology products and solutions. Early career programs are available for those entering sales for the first time.
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution or equivalent experience in a sales environment
  • Ability to work in the field within your assigned territory daily
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to local client sites regularly
  • A strong desire to contribute to significant business growth
