Job Title: Accountant Channel Sales Representative

ADP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accountant Channel Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with accounting firms and their clients to sell Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow our business and expand our reach in the accounting firm market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with accounting firms and their clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to pursue them.
  • Manage multiple sales processes simultaneously and document progress to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong background in business-to-business sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
