We are looking for a Client Support Specialist who will play a vital role in assisting our clients by delivering product and service insights while addressing technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with service providers to establish their monthly schedules and ensure clinician schedules are coordinated to prevent conflicts.
  • Proactively communicate provider schedules to healthcare facilities, confirming details prior to appointments, including virtual consultations.
  • Gather referrals from healthcare facilities, ensuring eligibility and prior authorization are verified when necessary.
  • Input new patient information and updates into the electronic health records system accurately.
  • Coordinate with healthcare facilities to compile a list of patients for visits.
  • Maintain a tracking system for residents to ensure they are activated and receive follow-up from providers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to healthcare facilities, providers, and associated organizations.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and information collection for virtual consultations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of medical practice operations and workflows.
  • Proficient computing skills, including familiarity with software applications (e.g., Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of electronic health records and telehealth technologies.
  • Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
