Job Overview

Compensation:

$17 - $20 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective communication between clients and our team to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel using our digital phone system.
  • Assist in the mailing of applications and the receipt of documents from clients.
  • Oversee the organization of conference rooms, including light tidying and client reception.
  • Support paralegals and attorneys with various administrative and legal tasks.
Required Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer interaction, both verbally and in writing.
