Job Overview

Compensation:

$17 - $20 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective communication between clients and our team to promote satisfaction
  • Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel using our digital phone system
  • Assist in mailing applications and collecting documents from clients
  • Oversee the management of conference rooms, including light tidying and client reception
  • Support paralegals and attorneys with various legal tasks and responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory; some college experience is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for customer interaction
  • Proficient in navigating computer applications to ensure an efficient front-desk experience
