- Assist with the distribution of applications and the collection of documents from clients.
- Oversee the management of conference rooms, ensuring they are presentable and ready for client meetings.
- Support paralegals and attorneys with various administrative and legal tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Proficient in technology; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and filing systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software and troubleshoot common issues.
- Demonstrated ability to complete tasks efficiently and in an organized manner.
- Experience in office management or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
