Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue purchase orders for indirect and direct materials
  • Monitor purchase orders for on-time delivery and report late delivery notifications to relevant personnel
  • Match and approve supplier invoices
  • Process and manage buyer, plant manager, manufacturing, and plant-related documentation

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in procurement software and systems
