Material Coordination Specialist

Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Compensation: $20/hr, W2
Role Overview:
This position requires in-person attendance and is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of materials for various projects. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
- Strong organizational skills
- Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility and comfort with changes in a dynamic environment
High School Diploma
Key Responsibilities:
- Ordering: Collaborate with Project Managers (PMs) to procure materials for ongoing projects.
- Communication: Engage with PMs to assess additional material requirements for projects.
- Tracking: Monitor all materials associated with projects and adjust as necessary based on PM requests.
- Warehouse Support: Assist in the receiving and organization of materials, ensuring proper inventory management.
- Reporting: Generate weekly reports including Procure to Pay, receiving packages, and RMA/WRR activity.
Work closely with vendors regarding purchase orders, pricing, and tracking to ensure timely delivery of materials. Engage with technicians and sales teams for WRR/RMA cases and box sales tracking.
This role is essential for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the overall success of project execution at Axelon.
