Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and direction to the Plant Maintenance team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the optimal performance of our concrete plants, minimizing downtime and reducing maintenance costs.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with management, team members, and vendors to ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the use and inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring they are properly stocked and maintained.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to Federal, State, and local regulations.
  • Project Management: Oversee the completion of maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on maintenance activities, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete plant maintenance, with a proven track record of success.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Competence: Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external constituents, as well as company management.
  • Flexibility: Must be flexible with work schedule, with non-traditional work hours anticipated and travel required.
