Key Responsibilities
As our Senior Director, Media Solutions & Strategy, you will be responsible for the following key areas:
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets by selling customized media solutions.
  • Researching and engaging companies across adtech, martech, and other service providers, actively prospecting and building a qualified pipeline through multi-channel outreach.
  • Applying Emarketer's consultative sales philosophy to identify client needs, present tailored media solutions, and facilitate meaningful client engagements.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting to the sales leadership team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in business development or sales within media, advertising, or a related field.
  • Ability to engage with and sell to senior-level marketing and advertising professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising trends, particularly within adtech and martech.
  • Experience in a consultative selling environment.

Benefits
Emarketer offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary of $100,000-$110,000 (dependent on skills, experience, and competencies), plus additional competitive commission plan. Other benefits include unlimited PTO, 10 paid holidays, and 16 weeks of parental leave.
