Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships

This high-level sales leadership position oversees national advertising sales for NBCUniversal, a global leader in marketing communications. As the successful candidate, you will lead a team of experienced sales professionals and drive advertising revenue across NBCUniversal's portfolio of brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic plans with major advertising agencies and their clients to drive multi-million-dollar growth.
- Operate as a thought leader for the Ad Sales Partnerships team, owning regional annual sales targets for assigned brands.
- Negotiate complex deals with executive management to optimize advertising sales performance.
- Represent NBCUniversal in key relationships and deals.
- Negotiate and close challenging accounts, developing and executing sales strategies across all platforms to maximize revenue.
- Manage deal decisions for assigned brands, overseeing a team of Account Directors and partnering with internal stakeholders to align on priority initiatives.
- Proven executive presence with exceptional verbal and written skills, strategic capabilities, effective collaboration, and superior influencing skills.
- Influential leadership, strong motivator, and ability to manage through change.
- 10+ years of extensive Sales/Sales senior management experience in the ad sales industry required.
- 5+ years of VP level sales management with cable multi-platform sales experience.
- Prior management/team leadership experience.
$240,000 - $320,000 (sales incentive commission and long-term incentive eligible)
