About the Role
In this critical role as a Partnerships Director (Account Executive), you'll be responsible for guiding large, complex sales processes from start to finish. Working closely with our team, you'll evaluate Lyra's mental health benefits offerings for major HR departments and secure new partnerships. To excel in this position, you'll need exceptional communication skills, experience in enterprise sales, and a deep understanding of the mental health care system.
You'll be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes innovation, collaboration, and customer success. As a full-time employee, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $139,776 - $168,750 per year, plus comprehensive benefits, equity opportunities, and exclusive perks like fertility support, employer discounts, and more.
