About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Leader. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and participate in the execution of sales and merchandising initiatives to drive sales growth and meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales trends to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment
  • Meet with management to plan and monitor sales and customer service activities
  • Provide feedback to management on customer experiences and sales trends
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including accessing alarm systems and settling registers
  • Lead and participate in adherence to best-in-class merchandise standards
  • Educate colleagues on point-of-sale technology, radio frequency equipment, and applications to assist in sales and fulfillment of customer orders
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of direct retail experience preferred
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Proficient in communicating effectively with customers and providing clear direction to colleagues
  • Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations and needs
  • Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
