Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food Service Crew Member to join our team at CHS Inc. in Billings, MT. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Treat customers with respect and dignity, and maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Assist customers with purchases, including operating a cash register and handling customer transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise.
  • Assist with sales and inventory management, including ordering merchandise and tracking inventory.
  • Monitor customers to assist the store in loss prevention and maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Assist with preparation of displays and promotions, and maintain a strong safety culture.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in retail and/or retail merchandising and customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work on computers with MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Basic math and computer skills to operate store equipment.
