Sales and Support Captain

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Selling and Support Captain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and promoting a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide fast and friendly service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Drive sales growth through promotional and Omni selling initiatives
- Lead colleagues in the execution and completion of assigned tasks
- Role model and provide feedback on how to make every customer experience outstanding
- Meet with People Leaders throughout the day to plan and monitor total store activities
- Provide continuous feedback that drives a positive customer experience and improves our processes
- Focused on upholding Macy's dedication to diversity, inclusion, and respect
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficient in communicating effectively with customers and providing clear direction to colleagues
- Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations and needs
