Accounts Receivable Specialist

First Supply is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As an exceptional candidate, you will have the opportunity to grow your accounting career and make a meaningful impact on our business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with a solid work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for the receivables process, including cash application, timely discrepancy resolution, and customer service. Your strong negotiation and problem-solving skills will be essential in increasing efficiencies within the credit team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience applying cash regularly and a minimum of two years of Accounts Receivable or related experience. Proficiency in ten key data entry and Excel experience are also highly desirable.
