Role Summary:
The Relationship Manager will support the Irick Group- Merrill Private Wealth Management team in developing and enhancing existing client relationships. This role will provide specialized support in business development, wealth planning, investment management, and business management, with a focus on relationship management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with and attend client meetings and discussions to promote growth and acquisition.
- Engage portfolio managers, product specialists, and team members to support sales and service activities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor client service models with the Financial Advisor and/or team Senior Business Manager.
- Work with the Financial Advisor and/or team Senior Business Manager to develop and implement sales and service strategies.
- Provide exceptional client service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Currently hold Series 7 & 66 or 63/65 licenses.
- Obtain and/or maintain at least one firm-approved designation.
- Have an inclusive mindset and be open to working with a diverse population.
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to lead through collaboration and influence without direct authority.
- Be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once.
- Have thorough knowledge and understanding of the suite of Wealth Management products and services.
- Proven ability to manage risk and support sound decisions.
- Ability to research escalated client issues for response/resolution.
