Position Summary:


The Commercial Client Support Specialist will address all inquiries from Greenworks Commercial customers (end users, dealers, distributors, and sales teams) with prompt responses to elevated service-related questions and issues.

Customer inquiries are diverse, intricate, and non-routine, encompassing aspects such as part number identification, sales order processing, and order prioritization to resolve issues and "unit down" backorder scenarios.

This role involves addressing concerns from all internal and external customer groups regarding pricing, backorders, order expectations, and dealer/distributor performance.

This position is part of a three-member team that includes a Business Development Manager and a Field Service Technician/Trainer.


Key Responsibilities:


Foster and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients by effectively addressing and resolving urgent front-line issues within established timeframes, coordinating between clients and other business areas to resolve concerns, and maintaining regular communication via phone and email with assigned clients.

Respond promptly and courteously to telephone inquiries and provide information regarding pricing, customer setups, and delivery. Collaborate with warehouse teams for outbound shipment requirements.

SAP S/4HANA - Sales Order Management, Pricing and Conditions, Availability Check and ATP (Available to Promise), Delivery and Shipment.

Engage frequently with clients, dealers, and field representatives on various contractual matters and inquiries. Escalate unresolved issues to the team leader. Cultivate long-term relationships with key clients, dealers, and field personnel.

Enhance the utilization of Salesforce, drive compliance, and optimize team performance.


Analyze data and leverage business insights to identify, develop, and enhance lead generation for Territory Managers to secure end-user landscape demonstrations promptly.


Collaborate internally with other business functions (After Sales and Service, Purchasing, Product Management, Marketing, Finance) and advocate for clients in researching and resolving complex issues.

Conduct new dealer outreach and onboarding


Oversee the existing dealer base in the territory from an administrative perspective, including Order Management, Warranty Claims processing, Rebate processing, Non-technical Dealer Support, Demo and Routing planning, Dealer Sales Events, Sales training scheduling, and Merchandising support.


Experience Required :
Exceptional communication skills, both in person and via telephone and written correspondence.

This includes presenting a professional, friendly, helpful, and self-assured demeanor, along with a strong command of language, spelling, and grammar.

Clear and concise communication abilities, both verbal and written, critical thinking skills, and the capacity to cross-train in various tasks are essential.

Must be tactful, professional, and detail-oriented.

A commitment to continuous learning and skill development while managing multiple tasks.


Demonstrated effective teamwork and interpersonal skills are necessary, including a willingness to accept guidance from supervisors or other team members to support departmental objectives.

Salesforce experience is preferred.

SAP S/4HANA experience is preferred.

Relevant industry experience (OPE, material handling, automotive)
