Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Research Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing and overseeing the clinical operations of various oncology trials. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in clinical research, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise all clinical trial operations, ensuring compliance with local, federal, and institutional regulations.
- Serve as the primary liaison among principal investigators, sub-investigators, clinical research nurses, and regulatory specialists, addressing all regulatory matters and protocol modifications.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to assess study feasibility and evaluate potential competition with other protocols prior to submission.
- Manage research activities, including:
- Scheduling laboratory tests and medical examinations.
- Attending research meetings and conferences as necessary.
- Participating in staff meetings and providing in-service education to nursing and medical personnel.

Qualifications:
- A BA/BS degree in a science or healthcare-related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and voicemail.
- Completion of mandatory education on human subject research and GCP (CITI Training and Certification) is required.
- Certification as a Clinical Research Professional, Clinical Research Associate, or Clinical Research Coordinator is preferred.
