Buscamos un profesional experimentado como HR Specialist y Financial Coordinator para gestionar los registros y transacciones financieras de la firma, asegurando precisión y cumplimiento. Esta posición será responsable de supervisar todos los aspectos de las actividades financieras de la firma, incluyendo cuentas por pagar, cuentas por cobrar, nómina e informes financieros.

Compensación:

$70,000 - $85,000 anuales, según experiencia.

Responsabilidades:
  • Mantener registros financieros precisos y actualizados para la firma, incluyendo cuentas por pagar, cuentas operativas y de fideicomiso, cuentas por cobrar, nómina y entradas del libro mayor.
  • Procesar transacciones de cuentas por pagar y cuentas por cobrar, asegurando pagos y recibos oportunos y precisos.
  • Conciliar estados de cuenta bancarios y transacciones de tarjetas de crédito para mantener registros financieros precisos.
  • Gestionar la nómina, incluyendo el cálculo de horas trabajadas, la preparación de informes fiscales de nómina y el cumplimiento de las regulaciones de nómina.
  • Elaborar informes financieros, incluyendo estados financieros mensuales, proyecciones de flujo de efectivo y análisis de variaciones presupuestarias.
  • Asistir en el proceso de elaboración del presupuesto anual y monitorear el desempeño del presupuesto a lo largo del año.
  • Colaborar con contadores externos o auditores para la elaboración de informes financieros de fin de año y la preparación de impuestos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas, procedimientos y regulaciones financieras y contables.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de gestión de la firma para proporcionar información financiera y recomendaciones para decisiones empresariales.

Reclutamiento y Retención de Talento

  • Crear y mantener anuncios de empleo.
  • Buscar candidatos utilizando plataformas en línea y relaciones comunitarias.
  • Revisar aplicaciones y realizar entrevistas iniciales.
  • Realizar verificaciones de antecedentes y referencias.

Integración de Nuevos Empleados

  • Organizar, programar y facilitar la integración de todos los nuevos empleados.
  • Crear archivos de personal y actualizar todas las plataformas respecto a nuevas contrataciones, asegurando que se recojan y mantengan todos los documentos requeridos.

Beneficios

  • Facilitar la inscripción en programas de beneficios.
  • Coordinar y llevar a cabo la inscripción anual abierta para todos los paquetes de beneficios.
  • Procesar FMLA y rastrear la continuación de salarios para licencias médicas pagadas, incluyendo FMLA.
  • Gestionar reclamaciones de Compensación de Trabajadores, STD y LTD según sea necesario.

Relaciones Laborales

  • Realizar chequeos de 30 y 60 días para todos los nuevos empleados.
  • Asistir en la resolución de disputas internas entre empleados.
  • Investigar, documentar y responder a problemas de relaciones laborales.
  • Proporcionar coaching y asesoramiento para remediar conflictos.
  • Planificar y facilitar eventos de reconocimiento para empleados.
  • Realizar, revisar y rastrear todas las entrevistas de salida.
  • Ser el punto de contacto para el personal en diversos temas relacionados con recursos humanos, como licencias o PTO.
  • Monitorear la moral de los empleados y la cultura de la empresa.

Cumplimiento

  • Crear, mantener y auditar archivos para cumplir con todas las regulaciones pertinentes.
  • Procesar y mantener archivos I-9 de acuerdo con la regulación.
  • Asegurar la confidencialidad de los registros e información de los empleados.

Administrativo

  • Compilar métricas sobre la rotación de personal, tendencias de compensación de trabajadores, información relacionada con beneficios, etc.
  • Asistir en el desarrollo de materiales de capacitación para empleados.
  • Asistir en la planificación de eventos y celebraciones para empleados.
  • Asistir con el procesamiento de nómina.
  • Otras tareas según se asignen.
Calificaciones:
  • Título universitario en Contabilidad, Finanzas, Recursos Humanos o un campo relacionado (preferido) o experiencia laboral equivalente.
  • Experiencia comprobada como Contador General/HR Specialist o en un rol similar, idealmente dentro de un entorno legal o de servicios profesionales.
  • Dominio de software contable (por ejemplo, EXCEL, QuickBooks) y Microsoft Office 365.
  • Fuerte comprensión de los principios contables y la elaboración de informes financieros.
  • Excelentes habilidades organizativas y atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente, gestionar múltiples tareas y cumplir con plazos.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
  • Ejecutar y desarrollar controles internos.
  • Certificación SHRM es un plus.
