Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Opportunity Analysis: Explore markets, assess trends, and pinpoint high-value prospects. Formulate strategic approaches that align with organizational goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Proposal Crafting: Develop proposals that are client-centric and compelling. Highlight our unique value proposition through persuasive themes.
  • Competitive Market Assessment: Perform thorough competitor evaluations. Create strategies to strengthen our market position and competitive edge.
  • Performance Evaluation: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Leverage data analytics to refine processes and improve success rates.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of our products and their applications.
  • Sales Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for sales, combined with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
  • Strategic Insight: Deep understanding of technical and budgetary requirements. Ability to effectively drive business growth.

Minimum Experience Required:

  • At least 3 years in strategic business development with proven success in the Antenna sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline. Military experience is a plus.
  • Must demonstrate proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency to meet ITAR regulations.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening as per Vitesse Systems' policy.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check as per Vitesse Systems' policy.

Work Environment:

Employees may encounter loud noises, chemicals, and other occupational hazards in the manufacturing facility; personal protective equipment will be provided upon request.

Job Information:
This is a full-time, permanent role. This position qualifies for the employer-sponsored benefits listed above. It is classified as exempt (salaried and not eligible for overtime pay).
