Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Exploration: Investigate market dynamics, assess trends, and pinpoint valuable prospects. Formulate strategic approaches that align with our organizational goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Market Competitiveness: Execute thorough competitor evaluations. Create strategies that bolster our competitive edge and market visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of our products and their applications.
  • Sales Enthusiasm: A strong passion for sales, complemented by a collaborative and proactive mindset.
  • Strategic Insight: An in-depth understanding of technical and budgetary considerations, with the ability to drive business growth.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in strategic business development with a proven track record in the Antenna market.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline. Military experience is a plus.
  • Proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required to meet ITAR compliance.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening in accordance with company policy.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check as per company standards.

Work Environment:

Employees may encounter loud noises, chemicals, and other occupational hazards in the manufacturing facility; personal protective equipment will be provided as needed.

Job Type: This is a full-time, permanent position eligible for the employer-sponsored benefits listed above. This role is classified as exempt, meaning it is paid on a salary basis and is not eligible for overtime compensation.
