Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a business strategy to drive growth and expansion in the antenna market
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and growth objectives
- Collaborate with internal and external technical leaders to drive innovation and R&D efforts
- Establish and strengthen customer relationships and engagement to drive business growth
- Accountable for near- and long-term strategy, captures, growth, and customer relationship management
- BSEE required
- Minimum of 10 years of direct work within the antenna marketspace
- Minimum of 5 years in strategic business development with a track record of successful captures with ground, space, or airborne antenna applications
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
- Existing Secret Clearance or Top Secret Clearance preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance required
- Must provide proof of US Citizenship or Permanent Residency to comply with ITAR requirements
- Ability to pass a drug screen per Vitesse Systems' drug testing policy
- Ability to pass a criminal background check per Vitesse Systems' policy
