Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Antenna Division's business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and developing and executing strategic plans to capture new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to capture new business opportunities in the antenna marketspace.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures.
  • Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive growth and revenue.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business plans.
  • Market Analysis
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the antenna marketspace.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
    • Identify and prioritize business opportunities based on market analysis and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the antenna marketspace, including experience with ground, space, and airborne applications.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, including experience managing a team of sales professionals.
  • Skills
    • Strong business development and sales skills, including experience with strategic planning, relationship building, and deal closing.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience working with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with market research and analysis.
