Corporate Development Manager

**Job Description**
The Corporate Development Manager at United Way of the Bluegrass Inc. is responsible for developing and executing account plans to maximize revenue and achieve division goals.
This role requires a leader who can build strong, mutually beneficial relationships and create opportunities to expand the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and individuals within the portfolio.
- Cultivate new business opportunities and increase revenue through workplace giving campaigns.
- Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue and achieve division goals.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on corporate partnerships and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development and sales efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field or work experience equivalent required.
- 5 years of consultative sales or fundraising experience in either for-profit or non-profit entities required.
- 3-5 years of management experience required.
- Able to demonstrate ability to increase revenue through implemented strategies and relationship-building skills.
- Able to demonstrate highly developed communication, organization and planning skills.
- Developed technical and analytical skills related to fund development Entrepreneurial and innovative thinking.
- Ability to present information and data in written, electronic and oral forms.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Must have the use of a reliable vehicle for transportation to outside meetings.
- Experience with CRM (Andar preferred).
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and customer service skills including the ability to work respectfully and inclusively with a diverse set of individuals.
- High energy, personal initiative, and passion for the mission of UWBG.
- Operates effectively as a highly self-motivated independent contributor, as well as a team-player collaborating as a member of cross-functional teams.
- Ability and willingness to travel and to work evenings and weekends on occasion.
Salary Range:$58,000-$63,500 annually.
Location:Louisville, KY or remote work options available.
