About the Role

SAS Retail Services is seeking a dynamic Training Development Manager to support our retail/sales leaders and clients in partnership with the Learning & Development team.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will drive divisional training projects from execution to completion; including needs analysis, project management, facilitation, solution implementation, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and develop Retail Supervisors in assigned territories through individualized instruction, annual meetings, and group calls/webinars.
  • Present information using various instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
  • Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, including outlines, text, and handouts.
  • Partner with Instructional Designers to utilize encompass for providing support to all training and evaluating learner progress.
  • Contribute to design documents and storyboards for e-learning projects, covering both systems and non-systems content.
  • Conduct evaluations and analyze metrics for programs; provide reports on project metrics.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job-related experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Training/Learning/Development.
  • Ability to travel 70% within territory per month.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills, with ability to make oral presentations.
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle fast-paced work environment.
