Position Summary:
We invite applications from qualified individuals for a pivotal role focused on supporting corporate administrative functions and client needs to facilitate seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management:
- Oversee the procurement and inventory of office supplies, furniture, and equipment.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with property management and landlords.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations, including collaboration with external vendors.
- Act as the primary contact for facility-related inquiries from employees and external parties.

Security Administration:
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of security policies and procedures.
- Assist in the personnel clearance process by organizing documentation and liaising with employees and agencies.
- Maintain security records and databases, including access control and incident reports.
- Provide administrative support for various personnel systems, including reporting and training coordination.
- Participate in facility inspections and evaluations.

Business Support and Coordination:
- Offer documentation support through the development and review of critical materials.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, reports, and presentations as necessary.
- Ensure accurate electronic record-keeping while maintaining confidentiality.
- Undertake ad-hoc tasks for leadership and external stakeholders.
