Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various security duties as outlined by contract requirements and site-specific post orders.
  • Enforce client and company policies and procedures.
  • Observe and report security and safety hazards.
  • Conduct routine foot patrols in and around buildings.
  • Report all pertinent issues and incidents to operations managers, clients, and other relevant personnel.
  • Interact with a variety of individuals, including clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the general public.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office products.
  • Must be able to operate and maintain site-specific security programs.
  • Must have at least one year of verifiable work experience.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a Maryland Security Guard card.
