Are you enthusiastic about the finance sector and adept at managing essential client documentation? Our dynamic financial organization is seeking a meticulous New Business Processor to facilitate a smooth client acquisition journey from application to policy issuance. We are in search of a dedicated and optimistic individual to enhance our continually evolving team.

Our office is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, and you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' financial well-being.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience in processing new business documentation within a financial environment is advantageous
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer applications
  • Proficiency in Excel is required
  • Familiarity with Annuity applications and transfers is preferred
  • Knowledge of Tax Qualified and Non-Tax Qualified Accounts is a plus
  • Previous exposure to Brokerage and Life Insurance accounts is beneficial

Primary Responsibilities:

Your role will center around our dedication to prioritizing client needs and ensuring superior service. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and finalizing all business applications received from Advisors
  • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of submitted information and ensuring all necessary forms are included
  • Submitting all correctly completed applications and forms to the relevant agencies
  • Following up on outstanding applications with various insurance and transfer companies to expedite the process
  • Investigating and resolving any issues related to applications
  • Promptly addressing Advisors' requests and fulfilling their needs efficiently
  • Carrying out any additional tasks as assigned by management

Compensation:

  • $45,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience
