Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and time management proficiency.
  • Competence in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.

  • Understanding of digital platforms and their application in recruitment.
