Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in processing new business documentation within a financial environment is advantageous
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer applications

  • Experience with Annuity applications and transfers is preferred
  • Knowledge of Tax Qualified and Non-Tax Qualified Accounts is a plus
  • Background in Brokerage and Life Insurance accounts is beneficial

Core Responsibilities:

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring we prioritize client needs and deliver exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing and finalizing all business applications received from Advisors
  • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of submitted information and ensuring all required forms are included when forwarding to insurance/security agencies
  • Submitting all accurately completed applications and forms to the relevant agencies
  • Following up on outstanding applications with various insurance/security agencies and transfer companies to expedite the application process
  • Investigating and resolving any issues related to applications
  • Promptly addressing Advisors' requests and fulfilling their needs efficiently
  • Carrying out any additional tasks as assigned by management

Compensation:

  • $45,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience
