  • Prior experience in processing new business documentation within a financial environment is preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer applications.

  • Familiarity with Annuity applications and transfers is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Tax Qualified and Non-Tax Qualified Accounts is preferred.
  • Experience with Brokerage and Life Insurance accounts is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Placing client needs at the forefront is integral to our ethos and drives our operations. In delivering superior client service, you will:

  • Complete and process all business applications submitted by Advisors.
  • Verify the accuracy of information provided and ensure all necessary forms are included when forwarded to the relevant insurance and security agencies.
  • Submit all completed applications and forms to the appropriate agencies in good order.
  • Follow up on pending applications with various insurance and security agencies to maintain momentum in the application process.
  • Investigate and resolve application-related issues effectively.
  • Respond promptly to Advisors' requests and address their needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Compensation:

  • $45,000 - $55,000 based on experience.
