Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in processing new business documentation within a financial environment is advantageous
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer applications
- Proficiency in Excel is required
- Familiarity with Annuity applications and transfers is preferred
- Knowledge of Tax Qualified and Non-Tax Qualified Accounts is a plus
- Experience with Brokerage and Life Insurance accounts is beneficial

Primary Responsibilities:
Your role will be central to our commitment to prioritize client needs and ensure exceptional service. Your main responsibilities will encompass:
- Processing and finalizing all business applications received from Advisors
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of information provided, ensuring all necessary forms are included when submitting to insurance/security agencies
- Submitting all correctly completed applications and forms to the relevant agencies
- Following up on outstanding applications with various insurance/security agencies and transfer companies to expedite the application process
- Investigating and resolving any issues related to applications
- Responding promptly to Advisors' requests and fulfilling their needs efficiently
- Carrying out any additional tasks as assigned by management
Compensation:
- $45,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience
