Commercial Sales Representative

Position Overview:
The Sales Executive will oversee the entire business-to-business sales cycle, which includes prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who excels in detail-oriented tasks and possesses B2B sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage and close prospects through the established sales cycle.
- Develop new leads in designated market areas.
- Engage potential customers through various communication channels.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
- Document sales activities and progress using the company CRM.
- Research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations teams to understand operational needs.
- Create detailed proposals using company software.
- Conduct thorough security assessments to address customer concerns.
- Maintain a calendar for meetings and sales planning.
- Manage daily sales resources and time effectively.
- Communicate market trends and customer feedback to senior management.
Compensation and Benefits:

Qualifications:

Work Schedule:
Typical working hours are Monday through Friday, with a commitment of 45+ hours per week. This role requires both office and fieldwork, including administrative tasks outside regular business hours.
Travel Requirements:
This position involves travel within designated markets.
