Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Pearce & Associates Recruiters. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with commercial office furniture dealers, general contractors, and design build firms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial office furniture industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Work closely with our estimators, designers, and operations manager to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience in the commercial office furniture industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of profit margins, pricing, and installation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
