Job Title: Account Executive Employer Sales

Wonderschool is a pioneering company harnessing technology to support child care providers. We're seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our Employer Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and build partnerships with employers to offer world-class childcare benefits.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve sales processes.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and buying personas within the channel networks.
  • Architect successful outbound campaigns and deliver high-quality pitches.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of complex sales experience with a proven track record of hitting aggressive goals.
  • Enterprise sales experience, preferably in Edtech or startup environments.
  • Formal sales training and a strong understanding of sales processes.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 annually.
  • Quarterly bonuses based on revenue growth.
