Software Sales - Account Executive

At Netwrix, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Sales - Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for connecting with and closing inbound prospects within an assigned geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a relationship as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree (or equivalent) preferred.
  • 1 to 5 years of successful general software and/or IT security sales experience within an inbound function environment.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-Level.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time with an attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
