About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our SMB Acquisition team in Healthcare. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
  • Source, upsell and leverage business from various leads
  • Create, deliver, and manage client demos/presentations, quotes/proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Engage with C-Level and VP-Level Executives
  • Qualifying leads and identifying prospect needs
  • Actively managing quotes and proposals
  • Work cross functionally and engage technical resources as needed
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Account Executive experience
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Account Executive experience in a Technology company
  • Experience selling into the Healthcare/Life Sciences industry
  • Experience with UCaaS or platform sales
  • Closing experience with a history of meeting sales quotas
  • Experience conducting client demos/presentations
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC selling methodology
  • Experience being actively involved in POC (proof of concept), as well as joint engagement plans (JEPs)
  • Direct Cloud PBX Product selling experience
  • Knowledge of solution-selling techniques
  • Salesforce CRM experience
