About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Collector to join our team at Synerfac. As an Account Collector, you will be responsible for contacting clients to retrieve their accounts receivables. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact clients to collect outstanding accounts receivables
  • Achieve department standards and goals by continuously making efforts to contact clients and collect on debtor accounts
  • Set up suitable payment arrangements with debtors and follow up on these arrangements
  • Fully document all account activities and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Goal-oriented and motivated individual
  • Prior experience in agency or bank recovery preferred but not necessary
