College Outdoors Office Staff Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our College Outdoors team as an Office Staff member. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with trip logistics, and perform various office tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service to trip participants, answering questions and assisting with sign-ups.
- Assist with trip preparation, including building trip binders and advertising for trips.
- Perform office tasks, such as sending and answering emails, and filing documents.
- Contribute to warehouse tasks, including cleaning and organizing gear, checking out items, and preparing food and gear for trips.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the team.
- Ability to work with diverse individuals and groups, particularly those who are underrepresented in the country and/or at Lewis & Clark College.
- Availability to work a weekly shift of 1.5-3 hours, depending on scheduling and job demands.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Competitive hourly rate of $15.95.

In order to comply with US Homeland Security Department regulations, all employees must complete an I-9 form in Workday prior to or no later than the first day of work and bring originals (no photocopies) of their supporting documentation to Human Resources no later than the 3rd business day of employment.
