Position Summary

The role of the Talent Solutions Consultant is pivotal to Adtalem's strategy of being the foremost provider of professional talent to the healthcare sector and beyond. This position is responsible for cultivating and expanding impactful partnerships with various organizations while implementing programs and strategies at local, regional, and national levels. As a key representative of our institutions, the Consultant will engage with leadership and stakeholders to advocate for our programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain robust relationships with leaders in partner organizations, establishing trust and collaboration.
  • Identify and develop new educational and talent development partnerships while enhancing existing ones.
  • Engage with current and prospective partners to fortify and advance partnerships.
  • Coordinate local initiatives with regional and national account executives to align with broader organizational strategies.
  • Under supervision, propose and negotiate new and updated contracts with external partners, nurturing these collaborations.
  • Participate in industry events such as career fairs and trade shows to promote programs and generate interest.
  • Effectively manage outreach campaigns in collaboration with marketing and enablement teams.
  • Develop comprehensive account and territory plans, utilizing Salesforce for activity reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide insights to internal teams regarding partners, employees, and industry trends.
  • Recommend procedural improvements to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to all organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, including managing a sales process, is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience providing services or education directly to the healthcare industry is essential.
  • Proven track record of establishing strong relationships within the healthcare management sector and related organizations.
  • Highly motivated and energetic, with a strategic mindset and a commitment to service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in delivering effective presentations, both in-person and virtually.
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport and inspire trust among diverse individuals.
  • Flexible and adaptable team player who values collaboration and shared success.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Consistently make ethical decisions with a focus on the best interests of students and the organization.

In accordance with pay transparency laws, the expected salary range for this position will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation will be adjusted based on factors such as experience, training, geographic location, and departmental budgets.
