Position Summary
We invite you to join our vibrant team dedicated to assisting healthcare organizations and professionals in achieving their objectives. The role of the Talent Solutions Consultant is pivotal to Adtalem's strategy of becoming the foremost provider of professional talent in the healthcare sector. This position involves cultivating and expanding impactful partnerships with various organizations while implementing innovative programs and strategies at local, regional, and national levels. As a Consultant, you will act as an expert ambassador for our institutions, engaging with leadership and key stakeholders to promote our offerings effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust relationships with leaders at partner organizations, establishing yourself as a trusted collaborator.
- Identify and develop new educational and talent enhancement partnerships while nurturing existing connections.
- Engage with current and prospective partners to strengthen and advance partnerships.
- Coordinate local initiatives in collaboration with regional and national account executives to align with overarching strategies.
- Under supervision, propose and negotiate new and updated contracts with external partners, fostering these collaborations.
- Participate in events such as career fairs and industry trade shows to promote programs and generate interest.
- Effectively manage outreach campaigns in close coordination with marketing teams.
- Develop comprehensive account and territory plans, along with activity reports utilizing Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
- Provide insights to internal teams regarding partners, employees, and industry trends.
- Recommend procedural changes to enhance team effectiveness.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to all policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, including managing a sales process, is required.
- At least 2 years of experience providing services or education directly to the healthcare sector is essential.
- Proven track record of establishing strong relationships within the healthcare management industry and relevant organizations.
- Highly motivated and energetic, with a strategic and service-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in delivering effective presentations, both in-person and virtually.
- Able to quickly build rapport and inspire trust among diverse individuals.
- Flexible and adaptable, demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Commitment to ethical decision-making, prioritizing the best interests of students and Adtalem.
