About the Role

Handshake is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Manager to join our Employer Success Team. As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for owning, retaining, and growing a book of Strategic Accounts (F100 and larger).

Your Impact

You will drive adoption and results, strategic value realization, change management, and innovation to help Handshake hit growth and attainment targets. Your primary goal will be to establish and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders, align on employers' business objectives, and set up key workflows and processes based on the unique needs of the employer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive adoption and expansions across large complex organizations and with multiple users and stakeholders.
  • Lead onboarding and implementations of software for accounts from start to finish and develop customer workflows and programs.
  • Communicate the value of discretionary software.
  • Lead training with large-scale teams and educate usage in a digestible manner.
  • Expand customer base with new business units or products and expand relationships outside of main stakeholders to bring in new budgets or business lines.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience managing large, high-touch accounts.
  • Experience working with Strategic customers: Fortune 50 - Fortune 200 - Managing $3M+ ARR.
  • Ability to work with a variety of different levels of individuals and teams (internally and externally).
  • Ability to lead tactical conversations with end users and strategic visionary discussions with executives.
  • Ability to take tactical workflows and translate them into business value discussions with senior executives.
