Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Success Manager to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our Fortune 50-100 customers. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing customized success plans, driving adoption and value realization, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute customized success plans to drive adoption and value realization for our customers.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, including C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with our sales team to identify new revenue opportunities and drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
  4. Provide expert guidance and support to our customers on best practices for developing on-brand content at scale.
  5. Own the full customer renewal process, including forecasting, negotiating, and proposal creation.
  6. Drive business growth and expansion through strategic account planning and execution.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in a CSM role, with a focus on Fortune 50-100 accounts.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-touch, white-glove service to large, key accounts.
  • Experience carrying and regularly exceeding GRR and NRR targets, including full ownership of the renewal process.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make complex concepts simple.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and building relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, including C-level executives.
  • Knowledge of editorial processes or working with Content Marketing, Technical Writing, or UX teams is a plus.
