Our Technology Risk Advisory team is experiencing significant growth. We specialize in delivering comprehensive services that encompass IT governance, risk management, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, privacy, data protection, system implementations, third-party risk oversight, data governance, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance.

Your Role as a Technology Risk Director

As a Technology Risk Director, you will collaborate closely with our Risk Directors on the West Coast and engage with our national Risk Leadership team. Your primary focus will be on enhancing our market presence in the West Coast Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Lead IT Audit, SOX Advisory, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), IT Controls Optimization, and Data Privacy services for both new and existing clients.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough IT Risk assessments to establish a solid foundation for future risk enablement initiatives.
  • Project Leadership: Spearhead special projects, including risk transformation engagements that leverage cutting-edge technologies.
  • Account Management: Oversee client accounts and projects, ensuring effective management of work plans, staffing, deadlines, and budgets throughout all phases.
  • Practice Development: Provide strategic leadership and influence executive decision-making through deep analytical insights into core business priorities.
  • Business Development: Lead proposal teams to secure new client engagements and expand existing relationships, with a focus on networking and business growth.
  • Team Management: Guide and mentor teams, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts to achieve project objectives.
  • Community Engagement: Act as a role model and advocate for the firm, enhancing our reputation within the community and among potential recruits.
  • Firm Advancement: Participate in initiatives related to recruiting, business development, service line leadership, marketing, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
  • Over 12 years of experience advising public companies on IT strategy, governance, risk assessment, cybersecurity, and compliance.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role within professional services, such as an accounting or consulting firm.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIA, CPA, CEH, OSCAP, or Security + are preferred.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is between $192,000 and $270,000 annually, complemented by an annual bonus and additional benefits.
