Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Compliance Programs: Design and implement compliance policies and procedures to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
  • Conduct Regular Audits and Assessments: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Provide Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related issues.
  • Investigate and Resolve Compliance Issues: Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Monitor Regulatory Changes: Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update compliance programs accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field is required.
  • Compliance Experience: 3 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and risk management practices.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Communication and Training Abilities: Strong communication and training abilities.
