Role Overview
- Position: Information Security Risk and Compliance Engineer
- Summary: This role involves the strategic planning, development, and execution of technical compliance initiatives to mitigate risks associated with the organization's enterprise solutions and operational processes.
- Classification: Exempt
- Management Responsibility: No
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and ensure that enterprise solutions comply with both internal and external regulatory standards.
- Establish, define, and implement compliance frameworks and processes tailored to enterprise solutions critical for business functions.
- Identify and document any compliance discrepancies, reporting them to relevant parties.
- Educate and train personnel on Information Security policies related to enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address and resolve compliance challenges.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and emerging trends.
- Prepare and deliver compliance status reports to management.
- Provide expert security consultation to various teams within the organization.
- Work alongside the Information Security team to address security incidents effectively.
- Utilize agile methodologies to drive progress towards team and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of Information Security.
- Experience with enterprise applications such as HRIS, ERP, and PLM.
- Familiarity with systems like SAP, Oracle Fusion, or Workday.
- Knowledge of securing technology solutions within supply chain contexts.
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management, Segregation of Duties, and Least Privilege principles.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current security threats and research.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Experience in infrastructure security operations, vulnerability management, and configuration management.
- Ability to work with security vendors and assess product functionalities.
Compensation: The salary range for this position typically starts between $104,000 and $123,000, with a full range up to $157,000, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
