We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Manager to join our Compliance Programs team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable end-to-end solutions to drive measurable results and create a customer-centric experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic programs to evaluate and mitigate risk to Amazon Selling Partners and the Selling Partner Support global network of associates.
- Drive program goals for the Compliance Monitoring Programs (CMP) team within Selling Partner Support, ensuring a consistent, high-quality selling partner experience through ongoing compliance monitoring.
- Partner across a broad array of teams, including Service Delivery, Operations, Training, Security, Capacity Planning, and Third Party Management.
- Own creation and deployment of an enhanced behavioral conduct compliance program for Selling Partner Support, building on existing controls in a risk-based approach to addressing conduct non-compliance among the associate population.
- 6+ years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience in compliance, audit, or risk management.
- Experience developing and implementing standards, policies, and programs or equivalent.
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles/Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent.
- Master's degree or equivalent.
- High volume support operations experience.
