Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the Front Desk operations by managing all Guest Service associates.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction by addressing requests in a friendly, service-oriented manner, resolving any complaints, and welcoming in-house guests.
  • Provide support at the Front Desk during peak times or as staffing needs arise.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Additional Duties:
  • Effectively communicate information and ideas.
  • Quickly and accurately assess and choose among alternative courses of action.
  • Maintain composure in stressful, high-pressure situations.
  • Proactively handle workplace issues, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and resolving problems as necessary.
  • Listen to, understand, and clarify concerns raised by both co-workers and guests.

Qualifications:
  • Availability to work irregular shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reservation management systems.
  • Experience with Marriott Brands or Lightspeed is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to work weekends and nights.
  • Flexibility in work hours is essential.
