The Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor. This role involves assisting the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk team to ensure that guests receive prompt, efficient, and courteous service, while meeting their needs throughout their stay and achieving the highest levels of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the Front Desk operations by managing all Guest Service associates.
- Enhance guest satisfaction by addressing requests in a friendly, service-oriented manner, resolving any complaints, and welcoming in-house guests.
- Provide support at the Front Desk during peak times or as staffing needs arise.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Additional Duties:
- Effectively communicate information and ideas.
- Quickly and accurately assess and choose among alternative courses of action.
- Maintain composure in stressful, high-pressure situations.
- Proactively handle workplace issues, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and resolving problems as necessary.
- Listen to, understand, and clarify concerns raised by both co-workers and guests.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work irregular shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with reservation management systems.
- Experience with Marriott Brands or Lightspeed is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work weekends and nights.
- Flexibility in work hours is essential.
